What do you need to practice and play?
- NFRD does have some new skater / Loaner Gear that can be borrowed for the first few practices. Ultimately you will need to purchase:
- Most Roller Derby Stores have or can create a new skater Gear Package for you. Our closest Canadian Owned Stores are

What are the fees involved in Roller Derby?
- Skaters Insurance
All Skaters must have valid skater insurance.
$50 per year
Covers the skater for various injuries

-NFRD League fees

When and Where are Practices?
-NFRD practices out of the Springbrook Multiplex.
new skater Practices are Tuesday 6:00 - 8:00pm
Senior Practices are Thursdays 6:00 - 8:00pm
